St. Augustine is full of family-friendly attractions that are a short drive from the hotel like Anastasia State Park, and Marineland. Additional nearby attractions include the Fort Matanzas National Monument, St. Augustine Lighthouse and Museum, The Oldest House, The Ximenez Fatio House, the Spanish Quarter Museum, and the Freedom Trail. Other nearby attractions are the Old St Augustine Village which some say is haunted, and the St. Augustine Outlets for a fun afternoon of shopping.
